* Ferrite magnets are pressed from approx. 80% iron oxide and 20% barium oxide or strontium oxide
* Ground using diamond wheels
* Easily extractable raw material, therefore economic
* Operating temperature range: - 40 °C up to + 200 °C
* Inert to most environmental substances
* Susceptible to impact or bending loads; comparable to ceramic or porcelain
* Isotropic ferrite material can be magnetised in several directions
* Isotropic ferrite material can be supplied to EN 71
* Also available in plastic bonded version
