GRASYS offers its customers serial mobile oxygen stations for cylinders filling with the rated throughput of 100 cylinders per day. GRASYS also produces custom-designed oxygen stations according to customer's technical assignment.

Mobile oxygen stations are containerized air separation complexes designed for 99% oxygen production from air and oxygen cylinders filling. Stations are installed in standard block containers with the dimensions of 2,500×2,500×6,000 mm which enables their simple installation on chassis and delivery to the target work location.

The station container is fitted with the positive ventilation system and the heating system. This ensures convenience of station operation in various climatic zones. No special foundation is required for station installation. The only requirement for station operation is the supply of 380 V electric power with no other utilities required for oxygen production.
