GRASYS adsorption nitrogen generators (AdA) are the most economical, dependable and relatively inexpensive systems for in-house supply of nitrogen with the purity of 95% to 99.9995% at the rate of 5 to 5,000 nm3/hr.
A typical stationary adsorption generator consists of two adsorbers filled with several layers of a specially selected adsorbent, valve system, air prepurification unit, compressor unit and the control system.
Commercially produced nitrogen adsorption generators (AdA-0.010/99.5, AdA-0.010/99.99, AdA-0.100/99.5 and AdA-0.100/99.999) allow launching the in-house nitrogen production at the minimum cost.
The cost of nitrogen produced by the plants is 10 to 20 times lower than the cost of cylinder or carrier-delivered nitrogen.
The integration of GRASYS adsorption nitrogen generators in the enterprise flow process requires minimum rig-up efforts with no special foundation needed for AdA installation. No special training is required for AdA generators operation; the time needed for system start-up and shut-off is not to exceed 10-15 minutes.
