This process of déconditionnement consists in compressing the container between a couple of rollers made up of discs. The discs have two functions. First is to bore the container, second is to carry out its rolling. That makes it possible to empty the containers of the viscous liquid or not and thus to recycle packing. The substrates sometimes them are also re-used for other dies. The deconditionnor is then, according to the problems of the industrialist, integrated into already existing technical elements on the market such as systems of loading or postprocessing (sifting, crushing, filtering, etc). Waste is treated with industrial rates (more than 15 tons per day).
The major advantage of this machine is of being able déconditionner of the very viscous substrates of its packing, with the image of the shampoo or compotes, with a rate of extraction higher than 95% (and thus of the liquids with 99%). Thus, any packing can then be recycled by revalorisateurs; the incineration or the hiding is thus avoided. Moreover, if the matters of packing are not the same ones, the sorting can be made downstream, since the products are compacted individually and not in balls.
This product makes it possible to very clearly reduce the costs of management of waste and thus to adopt an environmental step by recycling and employing again these rejects.
