WELDING TUBES The GRISOTUB PS is an electro pneumatic impulse welding machine for professional quality heat sealing of plastic or laminate tubes. Depending on the tube diameter 2 up to 11 tubes can be perfectly sealed per working cycle. For coding, rippling and/or cutting the weld seam our multifunctional GRISOCOD is recommended. FEATURES - electro-pneumatic impulse welding machine for sealing of plastic and laminate tubes - easy setting and saving of welding and cooling time as well as heating temperature and contact pressure - welds 2 up to 11 tubes per working cycle, depending on the tube diameter - high performance: 350 – 1‘800 tubes per hour, depending on the tube diameter - multiple tube holder individually manufactured with the use of your tube samples - ideal for professional welding of plastic and laminate tubes in medium-sized production lot HOW IT WORKS The previously filled plastic or laminate tubes are placed in the tube holder. Alternatively, the tubes can already be filled in the tube holder. It is recommended to work with at least two tube holders in order to optimize the work process. Now the tube holder is pushed sideways between the welding bars of the GRISOTUB PS. The welding process is activated with the two-hand release buttons. After the short welding and cooling time, the sealed tubes are released immediately. The welding parameters (heating and cooling time, contact pressure, and heating temperature) can be entered and saved easily using the touch panel. Height adjustment of the sealing bars accommodates tube lengths up to 260 mm. We are happy to carry out tests and trials with your tubes. Simply send us approx. 20 samples.
