The smooth transfer of the blank from the destacking unit to the transfer system is a decisive factor in achieving the planned production performance of the entire system. Adapted to the range of parts in connection with the Blank loaders BDS there are several versions of the BDS available.

BCS /TP Transfer Press
In connection with the 2D- and 3D transfer systems and based on the current spectrum of parts a variation of versions can be used. The range is from the classic centering units, consisting of differing inserts up to the version with automatically adjustable stops.

BCS /TL Transfer Line
The centering station BCS/TL in modular structure is best suited for applications in various feeder transfer systems (roboBeam, roboFeeder). Thanks to the modular structure, extensions can be configured to meet the requirements (Blank sizes, Single double blanks, Production performance).
