Mixing System
* Reaches 85% uniformity after only 15 seconds, 95% uniformity after 30 second.
* Approximately 30% of one mixing blade rotation is exposed to ear on the mixer trough bottom.
* Crossover of two mixing circles creates a high degree of turbulence.
* The mixing arms are arranged on hexagonal mixing shafts forming an interrupted spiral to produce an intensive mixing motion.

Details
* Mixers are equipped with high-quality hexagonal shafts for optimum torsional and flexural rigidity.
* The mixer drive has a single electric motor driven reduction/timing gearbox to insure uniform distribution of power to the twin mixing shafts.
* Mixers are equipped with oversized round body discharge gate(s). This increases production capacity because more rapid discharge will yield more cycles per hour.
