Using knowledge gained over 25 years of composites experience, Gurit has developed a comprehensive range of composite tooling materials designed to be easy-to-use and give exceptional laminate quality and surface finish.

Wet tooling products are suitable for production facilities that specialise in high quality, gel coated parts from a female mould. The products allow customers to achieve a consistent matt finish, with no print-through from the mould surface or backing structure.

These products are offered with a temperature rating of 110, 130 and 160'c and in each case consist of a T-Gel gelcoat which is used in conjunction with a T-Prime or T-Lam resin system.

SPRINT® tooling materials are designed for customers that can cure at high temperatures. From an initial pre-cure at 65°C with an ultimate thermal performance of 160°C.

- Thermally stable up to 110, 130 or 160°C (320°F) when fully postcured
- Resistant to thermal cycling damage
- T-Gel sag resistant to 0.75mm thickness on vertical surfaces
- Low shrinkage for accurate mould manufacture
