Temperature control system integrat 80

The integrat 80 is a modular and compact temperature control system with water for up to 140°C for segmented mould temperature control. In its basic version it has up to six temperature control circuits which can be controlled independently from one another. If required, the unit can be expanded to up to 24 temperature control modules with the aid of expansion stands. In addition, the temperature control circuits can be fitted with the vtc 4-way distributor with flow and temperature measurement functions. This enables up to 96 temperature control circuits to be monitored. For energy-saving operation there is an integrated heating control system, which also provides a homogeneous temperature profile on the surface of the mould cavity. An optional frequency-controlled pump significantly contributes to energy-efficiency. Users also benefit from the intuitive and clear navigation on the central screen.
