Working seat GWS Systems

The chair is a very important part of the ergonomics of a workstation. Even if the workstation is designed according to all rules of ergonomics, a bad chair can destroy the fi nal result. An ergonomic chair and a well-designed workstation make working pleasant and comfortable.

The ergonomics requirements we have set for our chairs can be summed up in three sentences: The chair must match the user. It must provide support in various working positions. It must be easy to adjust. In practice, this leads to a variety of adjustment possibilities.
The height and rake adjustments of the backrest give support to the
lower back area, and depth adjustment affects sitting comfort.
Different working positions are easy to select by tilting the seat. These are not the only adjustment possibilities. This is a good thing, because we are of very different sizes and each of us needs a suitable and comfortable chair.
