MVB - MVB/C Series of stepless speed motor-variators and motor-variators with gear reducers are developed on the basis of manufacture with advanced technologies that makes it specially adapted to work in ceramics, conveying, packing, chemical, textile, foodstuffs, machine-tools and all kinds of automatic production lines, pipelines and assembly lines wich need speed -regulation. Its main features are follows:
- Stepless variation range from 1:5.3 all rations being reductions of the in put speed, similary to an epicicyclic gear unit having a transmission ratio of 1:1.45 to 1:7.6.
- Speed uniformity ± 0.5% at maximum speed and ± 1% at minimum.
- L.h. or r.h. rotation with same direction at input and output.
- Silent and smooth running achieved thanks to numerous symetrically arranged points of contact in the variation mechanism.
- Generous dimension for exteded life, also for continuous operation at full load.
- Torque increase of up to twince nominal torque at minimum speed. *High start torque.
