Direct drive electric servo-motor H2W Technologies
Motors:
The servomotors series ADT-L and ADT-K are "brushless DC motors", electronically commutated synchronous motors for applications requiring high dynamic and accuracy as well as compact dimensions. NdFeb permanent magnets have been applied onto the rotor of the 6-pole-motor. These highly remanent magnets feature strong magnetic flux resulting in a very impressive dynamic while achieving a very compact design of the motor. The stator incorporates three-phase windings in "star connection". The commutation and the sinusoidal current control is performed by a servo control amplifier using resolver signals of the motor. Encoder feedback is optional.
The maximum winding temperature is monitored by sensors. Standard is a thermal switch; PTC or NTC sensors are optional. The standard winding layout fits for bus voltage 320 VDC and 560 VDC, however special windings are available on request. One socket connects the windings and the brake; a second socket interfaces the resolver signals.
Depending on the space available the long or the short version of the motor can be chosen.
