We can offer a full range of CNC Punching Machines, from low-cost single head machines to fully indexable turret punching machines.
All of the HACO punching machines realize the shortest production times with a minimum number of tools, due to the high-speed hydraulic punching heads (up to 1,500 hits/minute) and the use of Multitools and/or rotation of all tools.
All of our hydraulic punching heads are in-house developments with fully CNC controlled stroke and speed.
In case of a turret punching machine, the turret can have up to 30 tool stations, all indexable ! The use of MultiTools increases the flexibility of the machine even more.
For tighter budgets, HACO offers a range of CNC high-speed single head machines with hit rates of 200 or 600 hpm, and manual or semi-automatic tool change. Productivity guaranteed ! Their price/quality ratio turns your investment into profits in no time;
To increase productivity, we can offer loading/unlading systems for sheets up to sizes of 3000 x 1500 mm and 6 mm thickness.
