Our integrated Laser Welding plant incorporates a laser beam delivery system unique to the Hadley Group within the UK. It allows fully closed profiles to be produced in all metals from general applications in Hot Rolled material through to the more exotic applications in Stainless Steel and Structural micro alloy grades.
Gauge ranges from 0.7mm through to 4.0mm can be accommodated, this coupled with in line pre-piercing facilities and a flying shear cut off can generate finished profiles of almost any length. Pre-piercing and speed of process also gives significant cost down benefits to end users where post mandrel piercing and secondary cutting to length are being utilised.
Currently we are serving customers in the following sectors : Industrial Design, Retail Racking, Construction, Transport and Automotive
