The machining centre BAZ 540 ( working length 4 m) and BAZ 570 (working length 7 m) for aluminium and light steel profiles work with 5 servo-controlled axis. It is possible to adapt the machine to the neccessary requirements due to the modulare construction.
High speed and accuracy of the axes comply to the requirements for the profile treatment.
The programming software CamQuix® is based on windows® which offers the operator a programm with top functionality. Short training time and operation on a touch-screen panel due to the easy and intuitive operating interface. USB and network interface makes it possible to integrate into excisting IT-infrastructures.
Milling head with 5th axis for all treatments.
Tool changer for 12 tools.
Drive spindle with 20 kW motor and adjustable speed till max. 24.000 min-1.
