Hailo TOPlift L1/L2/L3
Just five years after introducing the tried and tested H-200 SL Servicelift, Hailo is setting new trends in the inspection of wind turbine towers with the new Hailo TOPlift.
This ladder-guided Servicelift incorporates all the advantages of its predecessor and is enhanced with a number of special features. Setting it apart - as well as a few tweaks to perfect the user-friendly design - is the mix of materials used in the Hailo TOPlift. Sections of the side wall cladding are provided in transparent Makrolon by the Haiger-based market leader. In addition, all the fixing elements are designed and supplied to allow the Hailo TOPlift to be used both for internal inspections in tubular towers and for external inspections on lattice towers. As well as the hot-galvanised fixing elements, the design also accommodates the interaction of the different materials. The concept even meets the special requirements for offshore turbines. By further optimising its features, the Hailo TOPlift is now several kilos lighter without any impairment to its sturdy construction and outstanding operational qualities. The result? A Servicelift which easily fulfils and even exceeds the required standards in quality, reliability, handling and load capacity.
