Expanding mandrel
MANDO T212
HAINBUCH
The MANDO T212 specializes in such clamping. That way, no clamping length is lost due to a projecting draw bolt, and your work pieces are held securely as always by the pull-back effect. The easy-to-use coupling, which connects the clamping bushing to the draw mechanism, enables fast change-over times. And the MANDO T212 is also ideal for small components. The days of conventional, slotted clamping bushings are over! Even in the clamping range from Ø 13 to Ø 20 mm, the MANDO T212 provides convincingly high accuracy and holding power.
The highlights
* Ideal for short blind bores, due to non existent drawbolt
* Clamping range Ø 13 mm - Ø 100 mm with only 7 mandrel sizes
* Concentric precision < 10 microns
* Clamping range from + 0.20 mm to + 0.40 mm
* Front end-stop in the work piece bore possible
* Standard end-stop available for machining to size
* Work piece stability through pull-back effect
* High wear strength due to hard segments made of chrome-nickel steel
* Vibration dampening due to vulcanized segmented clamping bushings
* Torsionally safe segmented clamping bushing
* Same mating dimensions as MANDO T211
* MANDO T212 fits on hs dock and ms dock and can therefore also be used for staionary clamping
