CENTREX pallet HAINBUCH

The new zero-point system from HAINBUCH features a convincingly simply and solid design. This pallet system requires no additional hydraulic unit - and pipe connections are superfluous as well.

The four CENTREX bushings and positioning cones are ready mounted. The pallets can therefore be fitted to each other with absolutely exact repeatability [< 3 microns] and the positioning elements cannot get stuck. The pallets are solidly fastened with quick-acting screws.

The special feature of the CENTREX pallet is its material. It is made from cast mineral composite, and is therefore significantly ligther than a steel plate. In spite of this, it is scratch resistant. If damage occurs, there is no bulging, and temperature variations have no ill effect. Further significant advantages: very good vibration dampening, and the fact that no oxidation occurs on the machine table.
