Insert milling-cutter

These tools consist of milling tools (shank-end milling cutters, chamfer milling cutters, shell-end milling cutters and surface milling cutters) and countersinking tools. We offer shank interfaces in all common sizes (DIN 1835, MK, ABS, SK and HSK).

The larger part of our production of indexable insert tools deals with special tools. Here we produce tools in many variations according to customers' wishes using the following materials for the tool bodies: steel, heavy metal and carbide. As cuttting materials we offer carbide (coated), PCD, CVD, CBN, Ceramics or Cermets.

Nowadays, combined tools are becoming more popular, for example Boring-Countersinking Combinations with an inserted (removable) carbide drill, or tools in which several operations are combined.
