HANDTE OE-D(A) series oil and emulsion mist separators with a suction capacity of 1000, 1500 and 2000 m³/h are designed as individual suction units and intended for top mounting on the machining centre. Cleaned air is fed back into the production hall. Electrical control can be realized with the machine centre PLC or by employing a HANDTE electronic control.

The EM-DS series was developed for emulsion mist separation and can be selectively utilized as a combination suction solution within the range 2,500 to 15,000 m³/h or a central suction unit with a capacity of approximately 20,000 to 62,000 m³/h. Cleaned air can be redirected into the production hall or expelled to the external atmosphere.

The OEL-DS series is designed for oil mist and oil aerosol separation. It can also be employed as a combination suction solution within the range 2,500 to 15,000 m³/h, or installed as a central unit with a capacity of up to 62,000 m³/h. The suction and exhaust air lines are welded constructions that prevent oil leaks.Each series is manufactured as a multi-level mechanical separator with textile wire mesh demister inserts.
