The HBZ® AeroCell® horizontal machining centre is specially designed for machining at the highest possible material removal rates.

Thanks to the horizontal machining unit and vertically positioned machining table, the large quantity of chips that accumulates fall down immediately from the part.

High-performance spindles of up to 180 kW combined with an integrated pallet changing system with a swivelling unit for two pallets, which ensures parallel loading and unloading, ensures highly economical machining of aluminium structural parts for the aviation industry.

Specialised vibration damping, precise linear axes and the extreme high bending strength of the compact machine layout ensure high machining dynamics as well as highly precise machining results.
