- 1 color printing per sequence.
- Machine is controlled by PLC, which combined with touch screen monitor to use and operate convenience.
- The printing head is raised vertically, operator is more convenient and easier to access screen and squeegee.
- Vacuum table for efficient to suck work piece fixing and also with blow back function after printing.
- There are pressure gauge for squeegee and ink blade mechanism, operator can control and adjust the pressure appropriately.

- The take up roller vacuum suction, ensuring smooth film surface and proper film tension always.
- Winding mechanism is with sensor to detect transparent and non-transparent film.
- Vertical and horizontal slideways use precision linear motion guides to make sure extremely smooth and stable traverse.
- Printing head and take up roller control by DC motors.
- The winder is equipped with an sensor. When the diameter of film roll increase to some degree, winding speed will become slow to ensure a smooth edge of film roll.
- (Optional) UV curing equipment / tower hot air dryer.
