The System Wall II is constructed from standard sheet metal panels, posts, hinged doors and sliding doors.
This fixed guard is mainly used in places where sufficient machinery safety through safety guards cannot be guaranteed.
These include danger zones where flying particles may be released as well as danger zones where protection against radiation, fumes etc. is required.

Advantages at-a-glance:

The sheet metal panels consist of laser-cut and folded sheet metal. This provides for high stability and rigidity with minimal weight.
For this system various ground clearances are available (standard: 175 mm).
Assembly and disassembly is always performed from the safe side (outside of danger zone).
The elements can be easily mounted beside and above one another.
As necessary, other elements (e.g. lift gates, double-action swing doors, inspection platforms, climb-over protection, crash barriers, cantilever doors etc.) can be built into the System Wall II, allowing for complete, customised solutions.
All products are grit blasted and powder coated - this ensures maximum impact resistance.
The System Wall II is also available in all colours as well as in stainless steel and perforated plate.
Upon request, soundproofing can be integrated into the system.
Modern design since fence posts are flush with panels - the posts are not hidden by fence panels.
For adequate viewing, the System Wall II can be installed with safety windows made from polycarbonate, laminated safety glass or welding protection glass.
