The safety fence system Flex II Stainless Steel was specially developed to meet the requirements of the food industry.
It is also used in workplaces where acids and bases are used. This safety system is a variant of our Flex II System.
With its frameless construction there are particularly few surfaces. This prevents the collection of dust and residues.
Advantages at-a-glance:
The wire mesh panels consist of wires and flat bars.
These provide for high stability and rigidity with minimal weight.
The width of the mesh panel can be reduced by 23 mm sections.
Assembly and disassembly is always performed from the safe side (outside of danger zone).
The fence line can be assembled in any angle.
This has a positive effect on installation time as well as on flexibility during the assembly process.
The fasteners are captive, as required by the applicable standards. The clips remain bolted to the mesh panel - nothing gets lost.
Optimal viewing of operations through frameless construction with a mesh size of 20x200 mm.
The mesh panels can easily be mounted in two rows, one above the other.
As necessary, other elements (e.g. lift gates, double action swing doors, platforms etc.) can be built into the safety fence system Flex II Stainless Steel allowing for complete, customised solutions.
Modern design since the fence posts are flush with panels - the posts are not hidden by fence panels
