- Microprocessor controlled tension meter for highest accuracy
- Measuring principle: double beam in bending with strain gauge
- Selectable update rates (0.5, 1, 2, or 4 seconds) to provide steady readings
when tensions fluctuate (electronic damping)
- Measuring frequency: 62 measurements/second
- Built-in mounting holes permit fixed installation for online use
- The display shows averaged values calculated during the
update interval t1 e. g. every second 1 x
- Saving MIN, MAX and PEAK values during a user-selected period. These values can be recalled at the display.
- Zero adjustment feature permits use of the tension meter in various measuring positions, maintaining highest accuracy
- Calibration to customer supplied material is available (up to two different material calibrations)
- Tension meter with built-in material thickness compensator improves accuracy for changing diameters (from tension range - 500 cN)
