Description
The mechanical tension meter DX2-EDM with rugged aluminium housing is usable for measurements at all current wire EDM machines with wire diameter up to approx. 0.25 mm.
The hand-held unit is available in 3 tension ranges from 50 - 2000 cN up to 200 – 4000 cN. The analog display shows changing and fluctuating tensions fast and enables an optimal process adjustment.
The ball bearing mounted, v-grooved guide rollers with excellent operating characteristics are available in different designs. The moveable outer guide rollers make it easy to thread the material to be measured.
