The stationary electronic tension sensor TSW is convenient for measuring wires, ropes and cables up to 15 mm diameter. The large guide rollers, with a groove diameter of 60 mm minimizes material deflection. Due to the max. measuring range of 200 daN, it is suitable for large tension forces. The easy installation of the tension meter with the rugged aluminium housing, can be happen even afterwards on existing machines. The integrated measuring amplifier has a high accuracy of 1 % FS. The DMS-sensor works with a high quality strain gauge bridge and provides a mechanical overload protection. Easy calibration to customized material is possible. In addition different output signals are offered. A Inspection Certificate 3.1 according EN 10204 is optional available.
