Faster spindle speeds are available on the more advanced (XR 1500 HP) model which provides users with 15,000rpm from its 30kW (40.2hp) 40 taper SKF directly-driven spindle. And the last model in the range is the XR 1500 HPD - a real powerhouse of a machine - that comes with a ZF two-speed gearbox and achieves 7,500rpm and 764Nm torque (557ft-lb)from its 30kW (40.2hp) 50 taper SKF belt-driven spindle. All spindles are specified with face and taper capability.
