Europa

The Harland Europa labelling system is available with up to 4 labelling stations as standard. Motion control stepper motor, cam or continuous rotation of the bottle/container/pack platform allows for a multiplicity of label placements with high accuracy. Speeds of up to 400bpm are achievable, with optional bespoke product handling/orientation features ensuring fully automatic consistent & reliable labelling.

Flexibility in the incorporation of conventional high speed labelling heads allows for effective application including the application of ultra-thin film labels.

- Speeds of up to 400bpm are achievable, with optional bespoke product handling/orientation features ensuring fully automatic consistent & reliable labelling
- Flexibility in the incorporation of conventional high speed labelling heads allows for effective application including the application of ultra-thin film labels
- Infeed Units Single scroll, infeed/outfeed starwheels and centre 'plough' - with overload protection 'Spotting' arrangement available for raised/recessed registration features and product orientation for base/side features
- Labelling Units A range of labelling heads are available to suit the application
- Finishing Units Brushes and/or rollers - position determined by bespoke camming arrangement
- Overprint Unit Hot foil printer, deboss discreet coder, thermal, laser and inkjet
- Ancillary Equipment Label/product security systems, product counters, infeed/outfeed monitoring controls Auto change for continuous running (max. 2 label dressings)
- Fully interlocked guarding
