threaded inserts with thread sizes of between M1.4 and M10. The machine has
a stroke of 55mm suitable for most applications. The temperature is easily set
and monitored through the L.E.D. readout. The machine is primarily designed
for use in low volume applications from prototype and development work
through to small production runs.
Further flexibility is provided by the fastener auto -feed version of the machine, the AHS1000. In this version the fasteners are automatically fed from a bowl feeder to the heated tip of the machine. This can significantly reduce cycle times increasing output and frees both the operators hands for other process activities allowing the machine to be used in higher volume operations.
