Whether used as single prop or in support towers or falsework, ALU-TOP®new from Harsco Infrastructure is an innovative modular aluminium prop system. Suitable for a wide range of applications, ALU-TOPnew features a high load-bearing capacity (up to 400 kN per tower) and low weight.
ALU-TOPnew is noted for its simple handling, integrated connectors and intuitive assembly ensuring a rapid, self-aligning erection of the system and straightforward dismantling.
The desired prop height is achieved by suitably combining the ALU-TOPnew props which are available in 6 lengths. Precison adjustment is achieved with head and base jacks. Frames in 6 widths permit the trouble-free adaptation of the support structure to the conditions on site.
On the frames, the required connectors are integrated to allow the addition of walkway brackets, castor shoes, guardrails and temporary railings. This minimizes the risk of small parts being mislaid or damaged on site.
ALU-TOPnew can be readily combined with our TOPEC® and TOPFLEX® soffit formwork systems.
