HARSCO Infrastructure
LOGIK® 50 from Harsco Infrastructure is a robust wall formwork panel systems with minimal clamping requirements. The system is designed for mid to large size projects - above all in civil engineering, utilities and infrastructure projects. Used for shuttering walls either without a crane (by hand) or in large units with crane assistance, LOGIK is available in two different designs with up to 60 kN/m² concrete pressure resistance depending on the design.
Panels are clamped rigidly together with unique 'Aligning, Levelling and Locking' (ALL) clamps which are attached with a simple hammer blow. Form assemblies can be crane-handled up to three panels in height without additional structural members.
Shafts & columns
When forming concrete cores for lift shafts and stairwells on high rise projects, striking corners are used on the internal panels to aid and ease striking. Maintaining the formwork in one piece, the complete unit is ready to be easily reset on the next lift. Standard panel forms can be employed for highly rigid, high-quality finishes in column forms, with a wide variety of different column size options available.
Single-sided wall forms
LOGIK panels can also be used to form single-sided wall forms in conjunction with our MULTIFORM® components in an A-frame configuration.
