The HAVER PumpPacker is a completely new development that is appropiate for filling of products with low density <0,3 kg/l into paper valve bags. This filling technology sets new benchmarks with regard to bagging performance, weight accuracy and compactness.

The product transport is made by means of a double-acting diaphragm pump. Since the system is self-priming, it is often possible to do without a packing silo. This filling system can be completed by a pressing station to improve the filling performance and already give the bags the desired box shape during the filling process.
