Door panel
- Door panel made of thin sheet, galvanised on both sides and plastic coated.
- Core made of 140 mm polyurethane (CFC-free).
- The door sections are deflected above the lintel depending on the available space.
- True-fitting and heated connections without rubber-joints seal the panels.
- Very easy running thanks to Teflon bearing hinges and ball bearing rollers.
The doors are equipped with a counter weight as standard equipment. Actuating the emergency unlocking releases the motor brake. Counter weight technology is used to move the door panel up (min. 1.5 m). The door can also be opened and closed with a chain hoist.
Safety devices
- The door area is monitored by a heated sender-receiver light barrier (IP 67).
- The bottom section of the door is equipped with a self-monitoring contact strip to protect personnel.
- The door control automatically switches to deadman's operation when a safety device fails.
- The safety regulations of the German directive BGR 232 for motor-driven doors have been fulfilled.
