- Door panel made of thin sheet, galvanised on both sides and plastic coated. It consists of several segments. The segments are joined and sealed by tongue and groove joints with lateral clamping fixtures.
- Core made of 140 mm polyurethane (CFC-free).
- Absolutely wear-free and maintenance-free guide slide bearing. Very easy running thanks to plastic friction bearings.
The doors are equipped with a counter weight as standard equipment. Actuating the emergency unlocking releases the motor brake. Counter weight technology is used to move the door panel up (min. 1.5 m). The door can also be opened and closed with a chain hoist.
Safety devices
- The door area is monitored by a heated sender-receiver light barrier (IP 67).
- The bottom section of the door is equipped with a self-monitoring contact strip to protect personnel.
- The door control automatically switches to deadman's operation when a safety device fails.
- The safety regulations of the German directive BGR 232 for motor-driven doors have been fulfilled.
