The HBSO1 Oil level switch/sensor detects oil in separators and filter systems, can be used to secure or control lubrication of compressors at high and low pressure applications. Switches on when oil is present.
Will not react on refrigerant liquid and/or water/brine (except R744). The HBSO1 is unaffected by oil foam, splashing and even by oil oating.
Advantages:
- Operates at pressures up to 170bar
- Wide temperature range, from -56... to 100 deg.C (-68... to 212 deg.F)
- Replaces sight glass

- No moving parts
- Split type for easy replacement/test of the electronic part - without depressurizing the system.
For heatpump applications we supply oil level switches with an operating temperature up to 140 deg.C ( 284 deg.F)
