Cleaning units serve to remove dirt and scaling from cooling channels and circuits. With the HB-CL2 cleaning unit HB-Therm offers a solution for circuits not only to be chemically cleaned but also flushed and, if necessary, preserved and drained. The application possibilities of one unit are thus manifold: Depending on requirements, circuits can be flushed before or after production, circuits can be completely cleaned or moulds can be prepared for damage-free storage. Requests for the addition of cleaning, neutralisation and preservation agents are signalled on the display on the unit. The cleaning process as well as the filling, flushing and draining cycles is performed automatically by the unit.
