The new generation of the KAISER insert drills is made with straight flutes. This design guarantees a short distance for chip evacuation and a high radial and torsional rigidity. The CKB/CKS connection features a very high clamping force, a short gauge length and a large seating diameter. This makes the drill suitable for drilling under extreme conditions such as inclined surfaces, semi- circle bores, transverse bores.
The large chip space guarantees a good chip evacuation and with it a very high cutting performance.
Indexable insert drills Ø 31 - 78 mm, 2xD and 3xD
Insert drills from ø 30 - 78 mm in two length graduations are available with CKB/CKS tool connections. The CK-connection provides versatile clamping and usage possibilities, a large seating diameter and minimum gauge length. Due to the high rigidity and the good run out accuracy, the outstanding performance of the insert drill can be fully used.
