Semi-synthetic, water-soluble EP cutting fluid on a mineral oil base. Free of organic chlorine substances, nitrite, amines and boracic acid. • Very well suited for the machining of non-ferrous metals such as copper alloys, brass, bronze, red brass and steel alloys with high heavy metal contents, such as cobalt, chromium, nickel, vanadium and zinc. • Finely dispersed emulsion. • Low-foaming behaviour at the widest range of water qualities. • Excellent cleaning and rinsing characteristics. • High long-term stability. • Excellent cooling and lubrication characteristics. • Minimal activation of copper ions or heavy metals during machining. • Very good tool service life. • Very good anti-corrosive agent. • Bactericide-free. • Complies with the technical requirements of machining 1: sawing, drilling, turning, milling and countersinking. • Complies with the technical requirements of machining 2: tapping and reaming. • Complies with the technical requirements of machining 3: grinding.
