Modern designs for optical fibre cables of the HELUCOM® series exhibit the same robustness as for a copper cable. The cable constructions are selected for optimum protection of the optical fibres in each application.

Within the HELUCOM® series, optical fi bre cables are available with the common fibre types of 50/125m, 62,5/125m and 9/125m. The HELUCOM® optical fibre cables are manufactured in accordance with the standards and regulations of DIN VDE 0888.
