Spiral springs still play an important role among the varied forms of spindle covers. DURASPRING spiral springs are produced on special machines.
The shaping of the strip steel in different thicknesses is influenced by pressure forming so that the spiral form results. The machines are HEMA's own developments, adapted especially to the requirements of the customers.

The new standard range now comprises almost 500 types of spring in dimensions from 15 mm up to 160 mm internal diameter. The extension length is up to 4,500 mm for the vertical types. The standard type for blue steel is DURASPRING blue and for stainless steel types DURASPRING silver.
