Characteristics:
WZXD Series Banana Linear Vibrating Screen is one kind of self-synchronization linear same thickness screen, which shaped like a banana. The screen deck is divided into several zones with different dip angles (from 34°of the feed to 10°of the discharge), and it caused the stable ratio of materials' quantity and their flow speed on different zones. The dip angles of the feed will make the larger materials' flowing fast, so as to make the smaller materials close to the screen deck. Therefore the handing capacity of the screen can increase by 1.5 to 2 times comparing with traditional screens.
Application:
The screen is mainly used for the classification of large and medium size materials with high content of fine size, also can be used for dewatering, medium and deslagging, especially, when the size of fine materials is less than 1/2 of the screen mesh sizes.
