WZSM Series Pulverized Coal Vibrating Screens are special-purpose vibrating screen to meet the special requirement of blast furnace pulverized coal injection process for pulverized coal screening in order to prevent impurities like wood chips and fiber to enter the pulverized coal bunker and guarantee normal transfer of pulverized coal in pipelines.
Principle and Structure:
WZSM Series consist of screen body, primary vibration damping spring, primary vibration damper, secondary vibration damping spring and base. Two sets of the same vibrating motors bring reverse self-synchronizing rotation and periodic reciprocating moving of the screen body along the direction of exciting force, forcing the materials on the screen surface to move continuously in a track of parabola; as a result, pulverized coal quickly become loose and pass through the screen while impurities like wood chips and fiber are left on the screen mesh to be manually cleaned regularly.
