VibrateScreen's WZXD Series is part of the company's product line of equal thickness vibrating screens. Models of the series are designed and manufactured for applications that involve wet or dry feedstock screening operations in the coal industries. The angles between the screen surfaces and horizontal planes approximate at 34° in the inputs, and 10° in the outputs. Densities of the screen layers remain sustained. This results in equal distribution of the feedstocks in the screen surfaces, while maintaining input-to-speed ratios. The WZXD Series is available in a selection of size configurations, ranging from 2 m x 6 m to 4 m x 12 m. They feature radian screen surface designs. They also showcase HUCK riveted side plates without weld components.
