High-frequency tuning fork bars of this screen plate can generate quadric high-frequency resonance while vibrating with the screen plate, which speeds up the materials moving (bring materials on the screen surface to fall down faster, bring small sized materials already contacted the screen surface to traverse more quickly towards the screen holes) and enhances the probability of passing through the screen holes. Maximum opening rate of this screen plate is as high as 80%. Glutinous materials with certain moisture can fall down through high-frequency natural vibration, not likely to stick to the screen bars and thus avoiding blocking. Therefore, it is an ideal screen plate for glutinous materials and materials containing fibers.
