Usage and Characteristics:
ZSG Series High Efficiency Heavy-Duty Vibrating Screens are a new kind of vibrating screen for general usage with wide application in many industries such as metallurgy, mining, power, coal and construction industries. Principle and Structure:
ZSG Series High Efficiency Heavy-Duty Vibrating Screens lead the screen body to make reciprocating vibration periodically along the direction of exciting force; with the utilization of the vibrating motor, materials move in linear direction with a track of parabola.
The screen consists of vibrating motor, screen body, screen mesh, vibration damper and base. Side plates are made of high quality steel plate. Side plate, beam, and exciter base are connected with high strength bolts or grooved lockbolt, bringing in rational structure and durability.
