WXZ Series 3-D Vibrating Screens, also known as Rotary Vibrating Screens, are a general-purpose vibrating screening and filtering device with wide application in powder, small-sized and liquid materials.
·Principle：
By means of a hammer (unbalance hammer) mounted along the motor shaft, WXZ Series 3-D Vibrating Screens convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads to an involute movement of the materials on the screen surface.

2. High accuracy and efficiency for screening, applicable for any powder, grain or mucilage.
3. No clog for screen mesh, no powder emission, finest size of 500 mesh (28 microns) for screening, finest size of 5 microns for filtering.
4. Unique net rack design, long service life of the screen mesh, ease of replacement (3-5 min to replace the screen mesh), simple operation, and convenience for cleaning.
