Loctite Rotary Table Dispensing System In addition to the large variety of LOCTITE standard dispensing and curing equipment, Henkel also offers custom-built equipment solutions to suit specific customer needs. Henkel engineers work closely with customers to make sure that the correct selection of adhesive is achieved and the optimum process equipment is implemented into the production line. The Henkel total systems approach ensures optimum compatibility of LOCTITE products with the customers manufacturing processes. Our experience and the unique partnership between our customers, our local sales engineers and our application and equipment engineering staff guarantee the highest level of expertise in the field of adhesive applications. The Loctite® Rotary Dispense System is used for dispensing adhesives onto a customer’s part in a circular or arc pattern. It is a fully integrated system that will control a syringe system, cartridge, or dispense valve (no separate valve controller is required). Internally synchronized operation of an advancing slide, turntable, and dispense timer makes for easy and repetitive placement of the adhesive. The rotary table can interface with all standard Loctite equipment like valves, pumps, controllers and reservoirs.
