A low maintenance, dual action linear actuator suitable for systems requiring opening and closing movements. Dual action carriages – Two or more carriages move in opposite directions symmetrically for systems requiring bi-parting opening and closing movements. Herculane® wheel technology – DAPDU2 features the same Herculane® wheels that are popular in the PDU2 unit and give excellent load capacity and durability with quiet operation. Low maintenance – The low friction synthetic wheels offer a long service life and are low maintenance as no lubrication is required. Flexible – With multiple sizes and configurations including a choice of drive options, flat or angled carriage plates for easy mounting and multi carriage arrangements for wider door applications, DAPDU2 is versatile to fit the application needs. Simple belt adjustment High strength beam with T slots to suit aluminium profiles A carriage adjustment feature allows the system to be reset to as-new preload where required, on very high duty applications. Units can be supplied with a top or bottom mounted or double shaft, or with a fitted motor or gearbox Internal buffers for end of stroke protection
