The ARNOLD GRUPPE closed housing has a built in electric motor and the grinding spindle operates on Morse taper 3 with ball bearings. Don’t let the compact size fool you – this is a heavy duty unit.
The unit is able to change the RPM by shifting a V-belt in the considerably changeable execution using a potentiometer. The Morse taper MK 3 works as the access for a number of different tools like the three-jaw rink chuck (Cat. No. 529 531), inserting spindles for various uses (see catalog), and the cast disc (Cat. No. 592).
Because of the high speed range these machines (Cat. 524) can be utilized as a Kugler machine or engraving machine with the corresponding spindles added (Cat. No. 524/10 524/15) for engraving.
